House of Tavani (Tawh-vah-ni)
House of Tavani is a social enterprise that creates economic opportunities through education, food distribution, and micro-loans through the profits gained by the products sold. We buy local products from local Indian vendors and then sell them to an international audience in order to give that money back into their communities. 90% of the funds earned by House of Tavani is invested back through Helping Hands.
Helping Hands is an international nonprofit that strives to level the playing field for Dalits through education in India. We work hand in hand with local organizations and communities to reach the most at risk and impoverished individuals in these areas. Through our sponsor a child program and House of Tavani shop, we give over 90% of money raised to support the economic development of the individuals we support.
